The analysis of the environmental
impact and the intrinsic value of a person leads to our identity. Who am
I and who would I like to be? How would I like to appear?
everything we experience during our lifespan this self-concept
completes our personality. A mirror acts as a mobile self-portrait and
as a projection surface to screen our present developments and to
reflect the actual condition of our person. By depicting reality the
mirror becomes a primary medium to visualize our

construct our own identity.
“I IS AN OTHER” is inspired by
Jacques Lacan’s “mirror stage” and the resulting idea that our mirror
image completes our identity. The presented collection follows the
principles of symmetry and expresses the complementation of our egos.
